Prayer for Wednesday (Reformation Day)

Today is the Protestant Christian holiday of Reformation Day.

The day will come when, after harnessing the winds, the tides and gravitation,
we shall harness for God the energies of Love
And on that day, for the second time in the history of the world,
man will have discovered fire.
~ Teilhard de Chardin

Oh God,
my heart is on fire!
Your Love has swelled up in me
to where I cannot hold it in.
Let Your Love blaze through me
and light up the world.
And so it is.
Amen

Prayer for Tuesday

Your task is not to seek for love,
but merely to seek and find all of the barriers within yourself
that you have built against it.
~ A Course in Miracles

I am, O my God,
but a tiny seed which Thou hast sown
in the soil of Thy love,
and caused to spring forth by the hand of Thy bounty.
This seed craves, therefore,
in its inmost being,
for the waters of Thy mercy
and the living fountain of Thy grace.
Send down upon it,
from the heaven of Thy loving-kindness,
that which will enable it to flourish beneath Thy shadow
and within the borders of Thy court.
Thou art He Who waters the hearts of all
that have recognized Thee from Thy plenteous stream
and the fountain of Thy living waters.
Praised be to God,
the Lord of the worlds.

(Bahá’u’lláh)

Prayer for Monday

Love a man, even in his sin,
for that love is a likeness of the divine love,
and is the summit of love on earth.
~ Fyodor Dostoyevsky

I am surrounded by the Love of God.

God, You stand before me and behind, beside me, in the place I see myself, and everywhere I go. You are in all the things I look upon, the sounds I hear, and every hand that reaches for my own. In You time disappears, and place becomes a meaningless belief. For what surrounds us and keeps us safe is Love Itself. There is no Source but This, and nothing is that does not share Its holiness; that stands beyond Your one creation, or without the Love Which holds all things within Itself. Father, Your Son is like Yourself. We come to You in Your Own Name today, to be at peace within Your everlasting Love.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Praise be to the Lord of the Universe who has created us and made us into tribes and nations, that we may know each other, not that we may despise each other.
If the enemy incline towards peace, do thou also incline towards peace, and trust in God, for the Lord is the one that hears and knows all things.
And the servants of God, Most Gracious are those who walk on the Earth in humility, and when we address them, we say “PEACE.”

Oh God, lead us from the unreal to the Real.
Oh God, lead us from darkness to light.
Oh God, lead us from death to immortality.
Shanti, Shanti, Shanti1 unto all.
Oh Lord God almighty, may there be peace in
celestial regions.
May there be peace on Earth.
May the waters be appeasing.
May herbs be wholesome,
and may trees and plants bring peace to all.
May all beneficent beings bring peace to us.
