Prayer for Friday

Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, begins at sundown.

Lead us back, our Father, to Your Torah; bring us near, our King, to Your service, and return us in perfect repentance before You. You are the Source of Blessing, O L-rd, who accepts repentance.

Forgive us, our Father, for we have sinned; pardon us, our King, for we have transgressed, for You are a G-d Who pardons and forgives. You are the Source of Blessing, O Gracious One, Who grants forgiveness.
