Prayer for Saturday

You must stop seeing God as separate from you, and you as separate from each other. The only solution is the Ultimate Truth: nothing exists in the universe that is separate from anything else. Everything is intrinsically connected, irrevocably interdependent, interactive, interwoven into the fabric of all of life.
~ Neale Donald Walsh, Conversations with God, an uncommon dialogue, Book 1

Great Universal Spirit,
who is within me and within all things,
I thank You for my self-awareness.
I thank You for my ability to feel my connection to all things.
I thank You for the power of creation that You have given me,
and all sentient beings in the universe.
I thank You for the abundance in the world,
that is available to me every day.
I pray that all people everywhere:
Realize they are self-aware,
Recognize their connection to each other and all things,
Know that there is abundance in their life,
And give thanks for it all.
And so it is.
Amen

If you can’t see God in all,
you can’t see God at all.
~ Yogi Bhajan

O God
Let us be united;
Let us speak in harmony;
Let our minds apprehend alike.
Common be our prayer;
Common be the end of our assembly;
Common be our resolution;
Common be our deliberations.
Alike be our feelings;
Unified be our hearts;
Common be our intentions;
Perfect be our unity.

Man becomes great exactly in the degree
in which he works for the welfare of his fellow-men.
~ Mohandas K. “Mahatma” Gandhi

O Thou kind Lord! Thou hast created all humanity from the same stock. Thou hast decreed that all shall belong to the same household. In Thy Holy Presence they are all Thy servants, and all mankind are sheltered beneath Thy Tabernacle; all have gathered together at Thy Table of Bounty; all are illumined through the light of Thy Providence.

O God! Thou art kind to all, Thou hast provided for all, dost shelter all, conferrest life upon all. Thou hast endowed each and all with talents and faculties, and all are submerged in the Ocean of Thy Mercy.

O Thou kind Lord! Unite all. Let the religions agree and make the nations one, so that they may see each other as one family and the whole earth as one home. May they all live together in perfect harmony.

O God! Raise aloft the banner of the oneness of mankind.

O God! Establish the Most Great Peace. Cement Thou, O God, the hearts together.

O Thou kind Father, God! Gladden our hearts through the fragrance of Thy love. Brighten our eyes through the Light of Thy Guidance. Delight our ears with the melody of Thy Word, and shelter us all in the Stronghold of Thy Providence.

Thou art the Mighty and Powerful, Thou art the Forgiving and Thou art the One Who overlooketh the shortcomings of all mankind.
